This group meets every two months on the <strong>first Monday at 6:30 PM PT<\/strong>, although meeting dates\/times may occasionally shift based on leader availability.<\/p>\n<p>Research shows that support groups can play a crucial role in managing chronic illnesses by reducing isolation, providing emotional support, and sharing important resources.
